AN ACT AUTHORIZING ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS TO UTILIZE
LICENSE AND REGISTRATION VERIFICATION SERVICES OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize animal control 1
officers to utilize the license and registration verification service of the 2
Department of Motor Vehicles. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide animal control officers with access to motor vehicle license
and registration verification services.
