AN ACT CONCERNING AN ONLINE REGISTRY FOR CONVICTED
MURDERERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to administer 2
and maintain an online registry of persons who reside in Connecticut 3
and are convicted of murder. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the public by establishing an online registry of convicted
murderers residing in Connecticut.
