AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS FILED
BY MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 568 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the 1
time for processing workers' compensation claims filed by members of 2
the National Guard, thereby expediting payment of benefits, and to 3
provide additional assistance to such members in filing their claims. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the process time of workers' compensation claims filed by
members of the National Guard and provide assistance in filing such
claims.
