AN ACT LIMITING THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES OWNED BY AN
INDIVIDUAL THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE PASSPORT TO THE
STATE PARKS REGISTRATION FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the number of vehicles 1
owned by an individual that are subject to the Passport to the State 2
Parks motor vehicle registration fee. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent owners of multiple cars from paying the same Passport to
the State Parks motor vehicle registration fee for each vehicle they
own.
