Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1 employers that provide paid family and medical leave benefits and to 2 authorize the Treasurer to establish a family and medical leave benefits 3 accounts program. 4 Statement of Purpose: To establish a tax credit for employers that provide paid family and medical leave benefits and to authorize the Treasurer to establish a family and medical leave benefits accounts program.
