AN ACT ELIMINATING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTERS
TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-263i of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate 1
the ambulatory surgical centers tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the ambulatory surgical centers tax.
