AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILING OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING
APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a 1
developer from filing an affordable housing application with a 2
municipality for a period of one year after such developer files a 3
related application regarding the same property with such 4
municipality. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a developer from filing an affordable housing application
with a municipality for a period of one year after such developer filed
a related application regarding the same property with such
municipality.
