Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to add chronic pain as a 1 debilitating medical condition for the palliative use of marijuana by a 2 qualifying patient. 3 Statement of Purpose: To allow the palliative use of marijuana for qualifying patients with chronic pain.
