AN ACT CONCERNING THE OFFERING OF CERTAIN MOTOR
VEHICLES FROM THE STATE MOTOR POOL TO QUALIFIED
VETERANS' CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 4a of the general statutes be amended to permit surplus 1
vehicles from the state motor pool to be provided to veterans' 2
charitable organizations for donation to certain disabled combat 3
veterans with a demonstrated need for financial assistance. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the state's surplus motor vehicles to be donated to certain
disabled combat veterans in need of financial assistance.
