Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to restore the 1 electoral privileges of any convicted felon who has been released from 2 confinement in a correctional institution or facility or a community 3 residence but who has not been discharged from parole. 4 Statement of Purpose: To restore the electoral privileges of convicted felons who are on parole.
