AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR LONG -
TERM SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health 1
insurance coverage for long-term substance use disorder services. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for long-term substance use
disorder services.
