AN ACT REQUIRING PHYSICIANS TO EDUCATE THEIR PATIENTS
REGARDING THE NATIONAL MARROW DONOR PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require physicians licensed 1
under chapter 370 of the general statutes to educate their patients 2
regarding the existence of the National Marrow Donor Program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the pool of registered bone marrow donors.
