AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES
AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-41 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with 2
contractors to issue licenses and motor vehicle registrations and 3
perform other services related to motor vehicles. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of contractors by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
