AN ACT CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL TO INCREASE
RAILROAD FARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-38h of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the approval of each chamber of the General Assembly to increase 2
railroad fare. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide greater transparency in railroad fare changes by requiring
legislative approval.
