AN ACT CONCERNING ADOPTION OF ANIMALS BY PERSONS
PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED OF ANIMAL ABUSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that no person 1
previously convicted of animal abuse may adopt another animal. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that no person previously convicted of animal abuse may
adopt another animal.
