AN ACT EXEMPTING LIQUID ASPHALT FROM THE GROSS
EARNINGS TAX ON PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 227 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
liquid asphalt used exclusively for asphalt pavement from the gross 2
earnings tax on petroleum products. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt liquid asphalt used exclusively for asphalt pavement from
the gross earnings tax on petroleum products.
