AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM THE SALES TAX THE COST OF PARTS
AND LABOR FOR THE REPAIR OF CERTAIN TRUCKS AND
VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
from the sales tax parts and labor for repairs to trucks and motor 2
vehicles weighing over twenty-six thousand pounds. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from the sales tax parts and labor for repairs to trucks and
motor vehicles weighing over twenty-six thousand pounds.
