AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICABLE DATE OF THE BONUS
DEPRECIATION TAX DEDUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-701 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
bonus depreciation tax deduction enacted pursuant to section 11 of 2
public act 18-49 be applicable to property placed in service after June 3
30, 2018, rather than September 27, 2017. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the bonus depreciation tax deduction enacted pursuant to
section 11 of public act 18-49 be applicable to property placed in
service after June 30, 2018, rather than September 27, 2017.
