AN ACT EXPANDING THE AFFECTED BUSINESS ENTITY
DEFINITION TO INCLUDE SOLE PROPRIETORS AND SINGLE -
MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to include sole 1
proprietors and single-member limited liability companies as affected 2
business entities for purposes of section 12-699 of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To include sole proprietors and single-member limited liability
companies as affected business entities for purposes of section 12-699
of the general statutes.
