AN ACT CONCERNING UNSUBSCRIBING FROM ELECTRONIC MAIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any person who 1
sends electronic mail to a person in the state from requiring more than 2
one action to unsubscribe from future electronic mail from such 3
sending person. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any person who sends electronic mail to a person in the
state from requiring more than one action to unsubscribe from future
electronic mail.
