Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to add fibromyalgia as a 1 debilitating medical condition for the palliative use of marijuana by 2 qualifying patients. 3 Statement of Purpose: To include fibromyalgia as a debilitating medical condition for the palliative use of marijuana by qualifying patients.
