AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CRANE INSPECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 539 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Administrative Services to hire an additional crane 2
inspector and to use the revenue generated from the issuance and 3
renewal of crane operator's licenses, hoisting equipment operator's 4
licenses and apprentice certificates and the registration of new cranes 5
to pay the salary of such inspector. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Administrative Services to hire an
additional crane inspector.
