AN ACT CONCERNING THE VISIBILITY OF HIGHWAY MARKINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 238 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Transportation to make markings, including, but not 2
limited to, traffic diamonds, crosswalks and lanes, on state highways 3
more visible at night and in inclement weather by utilizing methods 4
developed in other states and countries. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the visibility of markings on state highways and increase
safety.
