AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR POST-SECONDARY
EDUCATIONAL EXPENSE ASSISTANCE FROM THE DEPARTMENT
OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 319 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Children and Families to expand eligibility for post-2
secondary educational expense assistance to individuals who were 3
adopted after December 31, 2002. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Children and Families to expand
eligibility for post-secondary educational expense assistance to
individuals who were adopted after December 31, 2002.
