AN ACT PERMITTING BOARDS OF EDUCATION TO IMPLEMENT
LESSON PLANS ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to allow local 1
and regional boards of education to utilize free and available 2
curriculum materials to develop lessons plans about the Constitution 3
of the United States. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to implement lesson plans on the Constitution of the
United States.
