AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MANUAL FOR THE
SAFE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL PIERS AND DOCKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the creation of a 1
manual for the safe construction of residential piers and docks. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To better provide for safe residential docks and piers in the state.
