AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF STATE SLAUGHTERHOUSE
INSPECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the number of 1
state slaughterhouse inspectors. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase farmer access to properly certified and inspected
slaughterhouses and reduce unnecessary delay, expenses and
pollution caused by such out-of-state slaughtering.
