AN ACT CONCERNING QUARRY STANDARDS AND TESTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Consumer Protection to implement quarry testing and 2
to research methods proposed by the United States Army Corps of 3
Engineers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To improve quarry standards and testing to mitigate pyrrhotite-
induced concrete deterioration.
