AN ACT CONCERNING LIQUOR LICENSE FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow an applicant who 1
currently holds a liquor license to pay a change fee when obtaining a 2
different liquor license. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain liquor license applicants to pay a lower license fee if
they already hold another type of liquor license.
