AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION MATERIALS AT POLLING PLACES
AND ELECTION DAY REGISTRATION LOCATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Secretary of the State to define the term "disenfranchise", or any 2
derivation thereof, on any material used or made available to those 3
wishing to cast a ballot on the day of an election. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To define the term "disenfranchise", or any derivation thereof, on
certain materials used on the day of an election.
