AN ACT CONCERNING RENEWAL APPLICATIONS FOR
SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-105c of the general statutes be amended to 1
eliminate the requirement that recipients of supplemental nutrition 2
assistance apply for renewal of benefits by telephone. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that recipients of supplemental nutrition
assistance apply for renewal of benefits by telephone.
