AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES THAT
PROVIDE PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tax 1
credit for businesses that provide paid family and medical leave to 2
employees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a tax credit for businesses that provide paid family and
medical leave.
