AN ACT PROMOTING VOLUNTEERISM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit state agencies from 1
entering into collective bargaining contracts that limit the state's ability 2
to accept volunteer services, provided such prohibition does not affect 3
state employees' wages or working conditions. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To promote volunteerism in the state of Connecticut.
