Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-148 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
municipalities to create enterprise funds for municipal broadband 2
services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to create enterprise funds for municipal
broadband services.
