AN ACT ALLOWING MEDICAL ASSISTANTS TO ADMINISTER A
VACCINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit certified medical 1
assistants to administer a vaccine to a person eighteen years of age or 2
older under the supervision of a licensed physician. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certified medical assistants to administer a vaccine on a
person eighteen years of age or older.
