AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF CONTRACTORS BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-41 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with 2
contractors to further privatize services currently provided by the 3
department. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To promote efficiencies by privatizing services currently provided by
the Department of Motor Vehicles.
