AN ACT CREATING A COLD WAR MEDAL OF HONOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That part VII of chapter 504 of the general statutes be amended to 1
create a Cold War Medal of Honor that may be awarded to members 2
of the armed forces of the United States or of this state who served 3
between September 2, 1945, and December 26, 1991, and who resided 4
in this state at the commencement of service in such armed forces. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a Cold War Medal of Honor for certain members of the
armed forces.
