AN ACT CONCERNING VIRTUAL NET METERING FOR MUNICIPAL
CUSTOMER HOSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-244u of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the cap on virtual net metering for municipal customer hosts. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the cap on virtual net metering for municipal customer
hosts.
