AN ACT CONCERNING SHARED RENEWABLE ENERGY FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-245d of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
electric suppliers to bill for all components of electric service, and that 2
the general statutes be amended to permit electric suppliers to contract 3
with subscribers for subscriptions to supplier clean energy facilities 4
and to require electric distribution companies to establish smart 5
thermostat installation plans. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To permit electric suppliers to bill for all components of electric
service, permit electric suppliers to contract with subscribers for
subscriptions to supplier clean energy facilities, and require electric
distribution companies to establish smart thermostat installation plans.
