AN ACT LIMITING MS4 STORMWATER REQUIREMENTS TO THOSE
REQUIRED UNDER FEDERAL LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the requirements of 1
the MS4 stormwater permit program to those requirements as 2
established by federal law. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce a municipal mandate by eliminating state stormwater
regulations that exceed such requirements established under federal
law.
