AN ACT CONCERNING POLITICAL ADVERTISING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-621 of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
that any alteration to any photograph or illustration that appears in 2
any electioneering communication shall be clearly and prominently 3
included in the disclaimer required by said section. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require alterations to photos or illustrations in political advertising
to be clearly highlighted in the disclaimer.
