AN ACT PROHIBITING ORGANIZATION EXPENDITURES BY STATE
CENTRAL COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-718 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
organization expenditures by state central committees for the benefit of 2
candidates participating in the Citizens' Election Program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit organization expenditures by state central committees for
the benefit of candidates participating in the Citizens' Election
Program.
