AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PUBLIC
HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to allow housing 1
authorities to use a first-come, first-served method for managing 2
waiting lists for housing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline the application process for persons who seek to enter
public housing by allowing housing authorities to use a first-come,
first-served method for managing waiting lists.
