AN ACT IMPLEMENTING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
COMMISSIONER OF HOUSING TO IMPROVE CERTAIN STATE -
FUNDED PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement 1
recommendations of the Commissioner of Housing to improve certain 2
state-funded housing projects that provide services to elderly tenants 3
and younger tenants with a disability. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To implement recommendations of the Commissioner of Housing
concerning certain state-funded housing projects that provide services
to elderly tenants and younger tenants with a disability.
