AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE
FEASIBILITY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PUBLIC HEALTH
INSURANCE OPTION IN THIS STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
study the feasibility, and best method, of implementing a public health 2
insurance option in this state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study the feasibility, and best method, of
implementing a public health insurance option in this state.
