AN ACT CONCERNING THE HEALTHY HOMES FUND SURC HARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-331 of the general statutes be amended to modify 1
the surcharge established in said section by (1) redefining the forms of 2
policies and residential buildings that are subject to such surcharge, 3
and (2) modifying the manner in which payment for such surcharge is 4
remitted to the Insurance Commissioner. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To modify the Healthy Homes Fund surcharge by redefining the forms
of policies and residential buildings that are subject to said surcharge,
and modifying the manner in which payment for said surcharge is
remitted to the Insurance Commissioner.
