AN ACT CONCERNING DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MARIJUANA. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person 1 from operating a motor vehicle with a concentration of marijuana in 2 the blood of such person that is five nanograms or more of delta 9-3 tetrahydrocannabinol per milliliter. 4 Statement of Purpose: To mirror Colorado law by establishing a minimum amount of marijuana in blood to obtain a conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana.
