AN ACT UPDATING STATUTES TO REFLECT THE CURRENT SCOPE
OF PRACTICE OF ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include advanced practice 1
registered nurses in existing statutes in accordance with their current 2
scope of practice. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To update statutes to reflect the current scope of practice of advanced
practice registered nurses.
