AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTY FOR THE SALE OF
ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS TO A MINOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 53-344b of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the penalty to any seller, seller's agent or 2
employee who sells to any person under eighteen years of age an 3
electronic nicotine delivery system. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalty for the sale of electronic nicotine delivery
systems to a minor.
