AN ACT CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC PAIN THROUGH CHIROPRACTORS AND WITHOUT THE USE OF OPIOID DRUGS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to encourage the 1 treatment of chronic pain without the use of opioid drugs and in 2 accordance with the treatment provided by chiropractors. 3 Statement of Purpose: To emphasize the treatment of chronic pain through chiropractic treatment and without the use of opioid drugs.
